Please make sure of the following:

  • You are able to log into the course on a computer.
  • The most recent app version is downloaded. This can be found by checking the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) for any updates.

  • Confirm you are logged into the correct course. If you have more than one course on your account, you can verify the course by clicking the 'Account' menu and viewing the course listed under 'Select Course'.
