1. This could be due to a slow internet connection. If you are on public WiFi (i.e. Starbucks, McDonald's, etc), you may not have enough bandwidth to properly download and view lectures.
  2. This could be due to not having enough storage available on your mobile device. A device with no free space tends to run slower than one with some free space. Clear out some old apps or data and try again.
  3. This could be due to using an outdated operating system or an outdated version of the Themis app. Please try and update the Themis app and/or your device's operating system for better results.
