Please make sure of the following:

  • The most recent app version is downloaded. This can be found by checking the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) for any updates.
  • Confirm the recommended minimum memory available and has not already exceeded that limit with downloaded material. You may need to delete previously downloaded videos (see Mobile Solution: 'How do I delete previously downloaded videos?'). 
    • Please note: If a video is completed offline, you will need to sync the app for the video to mark complete online. This can be done my logging out and back in once you have a WiFi/3G connection.
